Q: When will my order ship?
A: In stock items usually ship within 2 business days and often ship the next business day. Once in the hands of the USPS, economy shipping usually takes 3 – 5 days to arrive, expedited shipping usually takes 2 – 3 days to arrive, however those times are estimates, not guaranteed and out of my control.
Q: Why do some items say “Made to Order”?
A: Not every item is in stock in all possible variations. A good example is the lengths of necklaces; the focal point is already made and just needs the right length cord or chain. Or it could be a popular item that is temporarily out of stock but more is being made.
Shipping will only be delayed a few days unless stated otherwise in the description. If you need an exact date, use the contact form.
Q: Will I be able to download my patterns right away?
A: Yes, if there are no items which need to be shipped in your order. It’s recommended that you purchase patterns and physical goods separately. If they are purchased together you will receive the pattern by email, normally in less than 12 hours.
Q: I have a question, how soon can I expect a reply?
A: You will usually receive a reply within 12 hours during the week, within 24 hours on weekends.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes, contact me.
Q: I saw a great [item] on a website, can you copy it for me?
A: No. Aside from the ethical concerns, the time it takes to figure out how to recreate something exactly would make the cost prohibitive. If the creator sells a pattern for the item you may commission me to make it, or the original item can be used as an inspiration piece.
