PRIVACY

FoxStitch only uses your information submitted during an order for communication about your order and to fulfill your order.  Your information will never be sold or shared.

The newsletter is opt-in, can be cancelled at any time and your email address will never be sold, shared or used to do anything other than send the newsletter.


PAYMENT

FoxStitch uses PayPal for all payment processing. You can securely pay with your credit or debit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Purchases made as separate transactions will be shipped separately.

Coupons and promotions cannot be retroactively applied to earlier purchases.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders for standard items can be canceled, with full refund, within 24 hours or until it ships, whichever comes first. Once an item has shipped it can only be handled as a return.

Custom orders can only be canceled and fully refunded if work has not yet begun and/or new materials have not yet been ordered. If work has begun or materials ordered the refund will be prorated.


SHIPPING

Your purchase usually ships within 1 – 2 business days of completed payment for ready-made items. Processing time for made to order items will only be a few days longer unless stated otherwise in the item details. For multiple item purchases, the one with the longest processing time will determine when it ships.

Economy shipping, usually 3 to 5 days in transit, is with USPS First Class Mail. Expedited, usually 2 or 3 days in transit, is with USPS Priority Mail.

If you need something to arrive by a certain date please take into account both the processing and shipping time.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when making payment, not in the notes or an email. Returned packages will incur an additional charge to be reshipped.

You are responsible for providing a secure location for mail delivery. FoxStitch is not responsible for packages after they are delivered.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Standard items may be returned in new unused condition.

Just let me know of your intentions within 7 days of receipt and return the item within 14 days using a tracked shipping service. I recommend optional insurance for your protection. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The refund, minus original shipping costs, will occur when the item has been received back  in new unused condition. Any tags which were originally present must still be intact.

Exchanges of physical items are also accepted, in new unused condition.

All clearance sales are final. These items will be in the Clearance section and have CLEARANCE in the title.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If an item arrives damaged you have the choice of repair/replacement or a refund, both including shipping cost. Please take clear photos of the packaging and item damage for insurance purposes. Do not throw anything away, including the packaging. The item may need to be returned at my discretion.


LOST SHIPMENTS

Packages will not be considered lost until 21 days after shipment for 1st Class Mail and 14 days for Priority Mail.


DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Because of their nature, digital downloads are not returnable or refundable. If you purchase a digital item in error (e.g. thinking you were buying a finished item), do not download any files and contact me within 24 hours. Only if both conditions are met will your payment be refunded.
